For solo coaches who sell packages after a call or a DM

Turn a yes into a paid, ready client

After the call or the DM, send one private link. Your client answers your questions, signs your terms and pays upfront, straight into your own Stripe account, then picks a time on your calendar.

See what your client sees
One client’s private link, in three steps. After their call, Northfield Leadership Co., a fictional coach, texts Sophia a link to start the 12-week leadership program. Sophia answers the intake questions and signs the terms by typing their name. In the coach’s dashboard, their row turns Paid, $1,500, with a time booked.

Example for a coach. Names are fictional. See one for a designer, consultant or tutor.

How it works

One setup, then one link for each new client

  1. Step 1: Set up once

Pick a template of intake questions written for your work, add your terms and connect your Stripe account. All of it stays yours to change.

  2. Step 2: After the call or DM, send their link

Create their link with the package and the amount you agreed. Send it yourself, by text, email or WhatsApp, so it arrives from you.

  3. Step 3: They answer, sign, pay and book

Your client answers your questions, signs your terms with their name and pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then picks a time on your calendar. You get an email, and their row turns Paid.

A page for your bio, when you want one

Put intakepay.com/yourname in your bio for what someone can book before you’ve talked, like a paid discovery call. Bigger packages go through a private link once you’ve talked.

The page Northfield Leadership Co., a fictional coach, puts in their bio, with 3 offers to book: discovery call for a $50 call fee, 1-1 coaching session for a $150 session fee, 12-week leadership program for a $1,500 deposit.

Why not a form and a payment link?

You can wire up a form, a contract and a payment link yourself. Here’s what falls between them, and what one link does instead.

Deposits go straight to your Stripe account, with 0% to IntakePay

Each deposit is charged directly on your own Stripe account: it shows in your Stripe Dashboard under Payments, pays out on your normal schedule, and any refund is issued there. IntakePay is never in the middle of the money, and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply, exactly as they would for any other payment.

What you get

For your client

Your brand on every link
Your logo and colour on the page your client opens, built for the phone they open it on. Add a page for your bio, intakepay.com/yourname, whenever you want one.
Your terms, signed
Your cancellation policy or coaching agreement, in your own words. They sign it by typing their name before paying, and you both keep a copy.
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then a time
One button opens Stripe’s secure checkout, charged on your own Stripe account with 0% to IntakePay. Once it clears, they pick a time: your Calendly opens right on the page, with their name and email filled in.

For you

Pending → Paid, at a glance
Every client on one list, with their answers next to the payment and, when you add a total price, what they still owe. Download it all as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
An email when they pay
Who paid and how much, with a link to the answers. The email never contains the answers themselves.
Messages ready to send
The first message with their link, a reminder if it sits unpaid, and a thank-you once they pay. Each opens in your own WhatsApp, email or texts. IntakePay never messages your client.

Try it before you sign up

Not sure what your client will see?

The link a fictional coach, Northfield Leadership Co., would send for the 12-week leadership program ($1,500 deposit). Fill it in on your phone and see what happens on your side when they pay. Nothing is charged.

See what your client sees

Not sure what deposit to ask for?

Two free calculators, one for coaching packages and one for tutoring programs, work out the price, the deposit to ask for and the balance due later. Start free from the result and that deposit is filled in for you during setup.

What IntakePay leaves to the tools you already use

IntakePay does one job: it takes a client from yes to paid. Everything else stays with the tools you already trust, so setup is three steps and any client can finish the link.

If you need one of these in the same tool, IntakePay is the wrong fit, and it is better to know that before you start than after.

No email to your client
You send the link yourself, so it arrives from you, in a thread they already trust.
No contract builder
Your terms, in your own words, signed with a typed name before they pay and kept with the payment.
No calendar of our own
Keep the scheduler you use today. Once your client has paid, they pick a time on it, right on the page when it’s Calendly.
No CRM or client portal
Nothing for your client to log into. They get a link; you get a list of who has paid.
No free tier
Free until your first client pays you, with a card on file, then $19/month. One plan with everything in it.
Built for one person
No team accounts. IntakePay is for solo practices.
Where does the deposit go?

Straight to you. When you set up, you connect a Stripe account with its own full Stripe Dashboard. Each deposit is charged directly on your own Stripe account: it shows in your Stripe Dashboard under Payments, pays out on your normal schedule, and any refund is issued there. IntakePay never holds your money.

How direct charges work (Stripe docs)(opens in a new tab)

Does IntakePay take a cut?

No. IntakePay takes 0% of every deposit. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply, deducted by Stripe on your account exactly as they would be for any other payment. The only thing IntakePay charges is $19/month.

I already have a Stripe account. Can I use it?

You connect through Stripe’s own onboarding (Stripe Connect). If you already have a Stripe login, sign in with it and Stripe can reuse your verified business details. Stripe then sets up a separate account for your deposits, which appears in your Stripe Dashboard next to your existing one. IntakePay works with Stripe accounts in 43 countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, every EU country, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. Deposits are in US dollars, and your clients can pay by card from anywhere.

What does my client see?

A page with your business name and logo, the package and deposit amount, and your questions. After they answer, they pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No account, no password, no app to install, and no emails from IntakePay, ever.

Can I change my questions later?

Yes. Add, remove or reorder questions whenever you like, and every new client link uses the updated form. Links you have already sent keep the questions they were created with, so nobody gets a form that changes halfway through.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal, linked from your billing page. No email, no call. Links you have already sent keep working, so a client who is about to pay is never stranded, and you can still export your data.

What happens to my clients’ answers?

They are stored in your IntakePay account and shown only to you, when you are signed in. They never appear in an email. Card details go to Stripe and never reach IntakePay. Your data is not sold or used for advertising. You can delete a client at any time, and delete your whole account yourself, in Billing.
